Washington Redskins vs Giants Preview
By Matthew Laux
The Washington Redskins enter Sunday night’s divisional matchup against the New York Giants with low expectations. Washington has dropped three consecutive games and in recent weeks has struggled on both sides of the football. On the other hand, the Giants are hot having won four out of five games and are looking to resurrect their season with a win against the Redskins tonight.

Offense: Washington must find a rhythm early if they hope to sustain offense throughout the game. Expect the Redskins to utilize Alfred Morris in order to take the heat off of quarterback Robert Griffin III. On the other hand, the Giants defense hopes to pressure Robert Griffin III in order to force errant throws. Washington has been susceptible to turning the ball over and look for the Giants to take advantage of the Redskins weakness.
Defense: The Washington defense has been unable to prevent touchdowns throughout much of the season. The Redskins are one of the worst red zone defenses in all of the NFL, and do not expect much to change tonight. Although, Giants quarterback Eli Manning has had a rather down season, it shouldn’t surprise many if he had a breakout game against a poor Washington secondary.
Prediction: Giants 28- Redskins 17
