“RG3: The Will to Win” to air on ESPN

Word out of Washington is that quarterback Robert Griffin III will be doing an upcoming TV show for ESPN films. Since RG3’s arrival last May, he has been the center of attention in Washington. The Heisman Trophy and Rookie of the Year winner, thrived in his first season as a Redskin, however, suffered an ugly knee injury in the team’s postseason contest against the Seahawks. Renowned doctor, James Andrews, said RG3 was “superhuman” in his recovery process and the documentary is said to chronicle Robert’s journey back. “RG3: The Will to Win” will air on August 27th and was produced by Gatorade and NFL Films.
