Lineup Updates: Tracy, Owings, Tejada Out

Washington’s Chad Tracy (left) and New York’s Ruben Tejada (right) will both be out of tonight’s Spring Training matchup due to injuries. Mandatory Credits: Paul Sancya – AP (Tracy), Anthony Gruppuso – US Presswire (Tejada)
Amanda Comak of the Washington Post reports that Chad Tracy will get today and tomorrow off after taking a pitch in the tricep in yesterday’s game, and that Micah Owings, who was scheduled to make an appearance in the game, did not make the trip to Port St. Lucie after receiving treatment on his left wrist earlier in the day.
Davey also said Chad Tracy got today & tomorrow off after getting a pitch in the triceps yesterday. Long spring sort of reasoning.

Davey said Micah Owings got treatment on left wrist today, didn't make trip (was scheduled). Davey didn't seem to think it was too serious

In a seperate report, the New York Mets announced on their Twitter page that Brandon Hicks will replace shortstop Ruben Tejada in tonight’s lineup as Tejada rests his right quad.
Brandon Hicks will start at SS tonight and bat second. Ruben Tejada has a cramp in his right quad. #Mets
