Tomorrow, Washington National’s pitcher Gio Gonzalez will partner with a local baseball team, The Bethesda Big Train, in support of the Gio Gonzalez foundation.  The foundation is said to provide “support and funding to children and families in need of medical assistance.”

The camp will begin at 9 A.M. and continue until noon followed by a lunch catered by Buffalo Wild Wings.   Campers will be able to learn from some of the Nationals’ best including all-star shortstop Ian Desmond, second baseman Anthony Rendon, and catcher Wilson Ramos, among others.  The day will be mad up of several different stations and give campers an opportunity of a lifetime as they meet some of their childhood stars.  Come out and support a great cause as spaces are limited!
