The Redskins’ busy weekend of transactions continued on Sunday, as they agreed to terms with restricted free agent Nick Sundberg on a four-year deal.

The long snapper has appeared in 40 regular season games for Washington since entering the league in 2010, including eight in the 2012 season. Sundberg’s been quite reliable over the last three seasons, and with Lorenzo Alexander and Brandon Banks currently unsigned, he will give at least one special team some consistency in leadership next season.

Financial terms of Sundberg’s contract were not immediately available, but he’ll be in Washington through the 2017 season under his new deal.
